GlassBox VPN Constraints

The rules and limits before you subscribe. We'd rather you know now than learn after you pay.

Our philosophy: It's better to lose a sale than create an unhappy customer who can't use the product. These constraints exist to protect you from buying something that won't fit your situation.

Hard Stops

If any of these apply, GlassBox VPN is not a fit. These are non-negotiable.

Cannot Subscribe If:

You are not a US resident.
Stripe enforces US billing addresses. Servers are US-only. International expansion is not on the roadmap.
You are under 21 years old.
GlassBox VPN is a curated service for mature adults. Affirmation is required at checkout.
You need to stream Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or other video services.
Streaming is blocked at DNS by design. Datacenter IPs get flagged by streaming services anyway. GlassBox VPN is the wrong tool.
You need to torrent, use Usenet, or run sustained file transfers.
P2P, BitTorrent, and Usenet (NNTP) are blocked at DNS and firewall. Hold the 100 Mbps cap pinned for 10 minutes and you get throttled to 25 Mbps for the rest of the day. Big downloads are not the use case.
You cannot install software on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
GlassBox VPN uses the official WireGuard app. You'll need to install it and import a config file.

Hard Rules After Subscribing

These apply once you're on the network. Violating them is grounds for ejection without refund.

One Peer Per Subscription
One device, one tunnel, one assigned IP. Need more devices? Buy more subscriptions or look at OSS SecureNet.
100 Mbps Per Peer
Hard cap. Speedtests show 100 Mbps. Hold the cap pinned for 10 minutes straight and you get throttled to 25 Mbps until 04:00 UTC the next day.
Annual Billing Only
$60 per year. No monthly option. No prorated cancellations. The pricing model filters for serious customers.
No Reselling, No Sharing
Your peer is your peer. Sharing the config with others, or reselling access, terminates the subscription with no refund.
No Server Hopping
You pick a location at signup (Chicago, LA, Dallas, or Ashburn) and stay there. The locked-in pool is what keeps the IPs clean.
No Illegal Activity
GlassBox VPN is a US-jurisdiction service. Any activity illegal under US law is grounds for immediate termination and applicable law enforcement cooperation.

Before You Subscribe

By completing checkout, you confirm:

  • You are 21 years of age or older.
  • You are a US resident with a US billing address.
  • You have read and understand what GlassBox VPN is for and what it isn't.
  • You agree to the per-peer bandwidth cap of 100 Mbps, the blocked traffic categories, and the one-peer-per-subscription rule.
  • Refund policy: 7-day window from subscription start, full refund. After 7 days, annual billing is non-refundable. See Terms for the procedure.
  • You will use the official WireGuard client on your device.
  • You will not share, resell, or transfer your subscription.
